BOY SCOUTS, CUB SCOUTS, AND GIRL SCOUTS: Scouting offers an opportunity for the youth of the parish to become more self-reliant, to serve God and their country, to help people and to do good deeds. Scouts learn the values of friendship and preserving nature.

C.Y.O. BASKETBALL PROGRAM: There are two different groups who participate in the basketball program. One is open to boys and girls from Grades 1-4 which meets on Saturday mornings from November to February to learn basketball fundamentals in a warm non-competitive environment. No prior experience is necessary. The second is a field of three competitive teams for grades 3-8. The players MUST be students at St. James School, or a parishioner and registered in the Religious Education program at St. James. While the teams are competitive there is a high level focus on good sportsmanship.

GIRLS SOFTBALL: Middle School age girls enrolled in St. James School or Religious Education program are welcome to join the St. James girl’s softball team.

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL: Middle School age girls enrolled in St. James School or Religious Education program are welcome to register for the team. Practices are in the Fall on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
