Confirmation 2010

Fall

1. 10/1/10 Confirmation Retreat:  (9th Graders receiving Confirmation) will be held at St James along with Interview with Fr Jim
2. 10/29/10 Confirmation practice (Candidate and Sponsor must attend - Parents attendance is optional)
3. 10/30/10 Confirmation Masses: 10am & 2pm                                                                                                                  

2011 Candidates:

• Mandatory Parent meeting Tuesday, September 21, 2010 from  7:00pm - 8:00 pm in the school building
• Attend Religious Education classes which meet every Tuesday evening Sept. 28,2010 - Feb. 15, 2011 6:30pm -8:30pm
• Should begin service projects during the Summer of 2010: (20 hours of Community service are required)
• NOW: Volunteers for Rahway Food packing every 3rd Thursday of the month.

•  Sign up for Parish picnic clean-up (Sun. 9/19/10) late August - email Ms. Caputo if you are interested - details to follow.
• Aide in Religious Education Classes (K-6) on Tuesday afternoons* or Sunday mornings* contact Ms. Caputo.

*Classroom Aides are required to attend all sessions in addition to their evening classes.  This would satisfy the 20 hours of community
service for the year.
